Hi, I’m Phil! I’m a 1-year-old Frenchie at Ramapo-Bergen County Animal Refuge.

My previous owners weren’t able to meet my needs and I’m currently dealing with some ongoing tummy issues that will require lifelong care. The team here has been incredible in helping me get the treatment I need and working toward the right diagnosis.

Since I’m still young and adjusting, I would really benefit from some gentle treats for sensitive stomachs, a cozy blanket, and soft toys.
